PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE –
From Michigan, Mike is a Catholic who spent most of his political life as a conservative Republican. Extensive reading on the views of the church and Pope Francis led him to question his positions on fiscal conservatism, especially the need to reach out and assist the poor and struggling. He thus became a social conservative and a fiscal moderate, and joined the ASP after he became dissatisfied with both major political parties. As a professional, he’s built a career in sales and marketing through excellent interpersonal skills and his ability to bring people together. He’s also a frequent volunteer at his church, and his hard work has led to his appointment as the District Deputy for the Michigan Jurisdiction of the Knights of Columbus. He is also an avid family man, spending time with his wife and children. He is also a published author, having written A New Dawn: Weekly Wisdom From Everyday Life.
